Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role located in Cluj-Napoca. The Senior Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, by collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. Key responsibilities include defining product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing user requirements, prioritizing features, and ensuring product-market fit. The role also involves performing competitor analysis, defining go-to-market strategies, and continuously improving products based on customer feedback and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong product management skills, including roadmap development, requirement gathering, and product lifecycle management
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitor research, and defining go-to-market strategies
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams, project management, and effective collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Insightful problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to ensure product success
  • Familiarity with energy management, smart home, or electronic control systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English is a MUST
