Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager
Job Location: Bucharest, Romania
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop key vertical market key account customers in enterprise market, especially in Large Enterprise sector.
- Solution selling skill and high-touch CXO engagement.
- Handle customer relationship management, prepare guidelines for vertical market sales and solution white papers, and facilitate R&D, integration and packaging of the solutions.
- Establish sustainable strategic relationship between Huawei and the strategic vertical market customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above (Technical or IT-related fields preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise sales within well-known ICT or IT hardware companies.
- Solid background in selling hardware solutions, ideally data storage, servers, or infrastructure technologies.
- Proven experience managing public sector accounts (government, municipalities, agencies, education, healthcare) — including long-cycle, tender-based procurement.
- Strong understanding of vertical market dynamics and enterprise/key account sales practices.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing complex deals, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience working with or coordinating technical presales teams; ability to translate customer needs into hardware solution proposals.
- High level of business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong team collaboration mindset, ability to work cross-functionally with solution managers, presales, delivery, and channel teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Romania (and occasionally abroad).
- Technical affinity (storage, cloud infrastructure, data center technologies) is a strong plus.
- Leadership potential and capability to drive internal and external stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
