Your Role
– meaningful & rewarding
- Own and manage workplace platform applications used across the E.ON Group
- Define and align application strategy with business and IT objectives
- Oversee the full application lifecycle: onboarding, deployment, updates, and retirement
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards
- Support integration and migration projects across the application ecosystem
- Monitor application performance, usage, and user satisfaction
- Drive adoption and change management initiatives
- Maintain technical documentation and training materials for end users
- Report regularly on application status, KPIs, and improvement opportunities
Your Profile
– authentic & open-minded
- Strong expertise in enterprise workplace applications and platform ownership
- Proven experience in application lifecycle management and stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with IT strategy, governance, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in application delivery, deployment, and integration
- Solid understanding of service management and user adoption practices
- Strong understanding and experience in Microsoft Intune (and other Microsoft technology stacks)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Business fluent in English and willing to work in an international environment, German language is a plus
