What you'll do

Implement IT policies and ensure compliance with security standards

Lead the IT infrastructure team and support their development

Monitor budgets and optimize resource planning

Ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems

Manage backup and disaster recovery processes

Configure and maintain the company's backup system

Coordinate regular testing of backup copies and ensure their functionality

Administer key platforms: Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and database servers
