Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Security Guard located in Bucharest, Romania. The Security Guard will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of the premises, monitoring and authorizing the entrance and departure of employees and visitors, and protecting the property against damage, theft, or other hazards. The role also involves maintaining accurate logs of daily activities, interacting with personnel and the public, and responding to emergencies and alarms according to protocol. The Security Guard will work closely with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Qualifications

  • Physical Security, Personnel Security, and Private Security skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
  • Excellent observational and reporting skills
  • Relevant certifications or training in security are a plus
  • Fluency in Romanian and English is beneficial
  • High school diploma or equivalent
