About the Role

Join our HR Shared Services Response Centre and play a key role as the first point of contact for employee inquiries across the EMEA region. You'll provide expert HR support, manage tickets, and deliver a seamless employee experience while collaborating closely with HR Centres of Excellence and other business functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first-line HR contact for employee queries on onboarding/offboarding, benefits, payroll, and employee changes.
  • Manage service requests via the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and striving for first-contact resolution.
  • Route or escalate complex cases to relevant HR or business teams as needed.
  • Leverage the HR Knowledgebase and intranet resources to deliver consistent, accurate information.
  • Partner with HR processing teams and COEs to support case triage and resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy, ensuring compliance with policies and legislation.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and updating knowledge resources.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Experience using SAP/SuccessFactors or similar HRIS (an asset).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Education & Experience

  • 2–5 years' experience in HR Operations or Shared Services.
  • Experience supporting EMEA countries across the employee lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • HR certification or working towards one (an advantage).
