This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Rebate Specialist in Bucharest, Romania with Signify. In this role, you will be responsible mainly for managing and optimizing the rebates process.

What You will do:

• Management Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on process performance and rebate expenditure versus benefits.
• Rebate Management: Oversee the intricate aspects of the rebate process, ensuring executional activities are highly automated.
• Operational Efficiency and Service Quality: Enhance operational efficiency and improve customer service quality for customers.
• Automation and Outsourcing: Proactively identify opportunities for automation and outsourcing, collaborating closely with Finance Business Partners and managers. Participate in or initiate improvement projects as a representative of the operational hub.
• Financial Accountability: Manage financial aspects of the rebate process, including accruals, accounting discussions, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Execution of internal controls and audit support.

Execution of Rebate Tasks:

• Register PPR in SAP system.
• Regularly review and adjust accruals as necessary.
• Verify realization of bonus conditions.
• Calculate/check final bonus amounts.
• Issue and settle credit notes through deductions or payouts.
• Review and release remaining unused accruals.

• Knowledgeable in SAP systems and their applications in business processes.
• Strong communication abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Solid understanding of commercial operations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; able to meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
