We are expanding our SEO team and looking for two highly skilled professionals:

  • On-Site Technical SEO Specialist
  • Off-Site SEO Specialist

Both roles will work closely with our content, development, and analytics teams to drive organic performance across multiple WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and custom-coded ) properties.

1. On-Site Technical SEO SpecialistResponsibilities

  • Perform full technical audits across WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, and custom websites.
  • Optimize site structure, crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, and site performance.
  • Manage schema markup, sitemaps, , canonicalization, redirects, and URL hygiene.
  • Oversee SEO implementation in GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Microsoft Clarity, CallRail, and tag integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve technical issues (e.g., scripts, metadata, iframe embeds, analytics set-up).
  • Ensure SEO compliance during website migrations, domain changes, hosting changes, and CDN setups.
  • Work with the content team to optimize on-page SEO, internal linking, and page-level optimization.
  • Troubleshoot indexing issues, spam pages, crawl anomalies, and manual actions.
  • Monitor ranking performance and produce weekly SEO reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with headless setups, sitemaps, and dynamic rendering.
  • Advanced knowledge of GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Clarity.
  • Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals and performance metrics.
  • Ability to work closely with developers and communicate technical issues clearly.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.

2. Off-Site SEO SpecialistResponsibilities

  • Plan and execute ethical off-page SEO strategies, including backlink outreach, guest posting, and brand authority development.
  • Manage citation building, directory placements, and reputation signals.
  • Conduct competitor backlink analysis using Ahrefs, identify high-value link gaps, and secure quality placements.
  • Collaborate with writers to create outreach-friendly SEO assets (linkable content, data-driven pages, guides, calculators).
  • Monitor domain authority, backlink health, toxic links, and disavow recommendations.
  • Develop digital PR strategies and outreach campaigns.
  • Track off-site performance, referral traffic, and link acquisition metrics.
  • Coordinate local SEO efforts for multi-location presence (NJ, NY, FL, and other service areas).

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in off-page SEO or digital PR.
  • Strong understanding of backlink quality metrics and anchor text diversity.
  • Experience using Ahrefs and other backlink tools.
  • Clear communication skills for outreach and relationship building.
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress and Google Analytics is preferred.
  • Experience with local SEO and citation management.
