Senior Java Developer with French

Would you like to join our international teams that deliver applications to businesses of BNP Paribas Group entities around the world? We are looking for a Java Developer colleague to join our team working together with colleagues from France.

Your role is to develop software applications according to the business needs being involved in all phases of SDLC based on the Agile (Scrum) framework.

Key responsibilities:

Plan, develop and implement projects or parts of large-scale projects, as part of the development team

Develop solutions to improve performance and scalability of systems

Assisting in Production issues

Share knowledge about your area of expertise, best practices and provide functional support

What we are looking for:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java technologies, with strong expertise in Backend design & development

Backend:

Java Standard Edition (version 8-21)

Spring Boot, Spring AOP, Spring Batch (Mandatory)

Unit testing, integration testing

OOP, IoC, TDD/BDD/DDD, Design patterns, SOLID, CQRS

Security by design, vulnerabilities treatment, OWASP (Top 10)

Frontend: Javascript, Typescript, HTML, CSS

Nice to have : Java virtual threads (Java 21)

Others:

Web services: REST API (Mandatory)

Cloud: microservices architecture, API Gateway, Kubernetes, PaaS, native cloud concepts

Database: Oracle DB (PL/SQLMandatory) / PostgreSQL

Middleware : Kafka (Mandatory)

Building: Maven, Jenkins, Nexus

Qualimetry: SonarQube, IQ Server, Fortify

Logs analytics : ELK (Elastic Search, Logstash, Kibana)

Version control system: GIT

Tools: Postman, SoapUI

Linux: Basic knowledge
