Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and proactive IT Assistant / IT Operations Specialist to support our internal technical systems, ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, and assist with platforms such as , Salesforce, Google Workspace, and our internal tools.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically strong, and enjoys solving a wide range of IT challenges across software, hardware, cloud platforms, and workflow tools.
Duties :
General IT Support
- Provide day-to-day technical assistance for staff (Windows & macOS).
- Set up new employees: accounts, permissions, devices, MFA.
- Monitor and maintain internal IT equipment and asset inventory.
Google Workspace & Systems Administration
- Manage Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console, Groups).
- Maintain access controls, password policies, and user lifecycle management.
- Assist with email security (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox troubleshooting.
CRM & Software Support
- Assist with Salesforce user setup, permissions, and basic configuration.
- Support boards: structure, automations, cleanup, user permissions.
- Help set up and maintain tools such as:
- Mailchimp
- CallRail, Dialpad, Grasshopper
- Slack, Zoom, and internal business apps
Automation & Workflow Support
- Assist with automations using Zapier, , or similar no-code tools.
- Help map workflows between CRM, marketing tools, and internal systems.
- Maintain documentation for automations and integrations.
Website & Hosting Assistance (Light Technical Tasks)
- Assist with DNS updates and domain management (GoDaddy, Cloudflare).
- Monitor hosting status (AWS, DigitalOcean, etc.).
- Handle SSL installation/renewals with guidance.
- Help coordinate tasks with developers (no coding required).
Analytics & Tracking Setup
- Assist with Google Tag Manager setup and tag deployment.
- Ensure GA4 tracking is working properly on websites.
- Help coordinate tracking for:
- Google Ads
- Meta Pixel
- CallRail
- UTM tracking
- Conversion events
Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, technical operations, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of Google Workspace, device management, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with workflow tools , Zapier, , Salesforce basics).
- Comfortable with DNS, basic cloud hosting concepts, and SSL certificates.
- Familiar with GA4, Tag Manager, and marketing integrations (nice to have).
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Strong English communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From 3,500.00RON per month
