Ducație Și Experiență

  • Studii superioare în Inginerie Civilă, Arhitectură, Construcții sau domenii conexe.
  • Experiență solidă (minim 10 ani) în managementul proiectelor de construcții complexe, preferabil infrastructură, clădiri comerciale/industriale sau proiecte EPC.
  • Experiență în coordonarea echipelor multidisciplinare (civili, MEP, arhitectură, structuri).
  • Experiență în gestionarea subcontractorilor și a contractelor de construcție.

Strategie Și Execuție Construcții

  • Definește și implementează strategia generală de execuție a construcției. 2. Supraveghează și coordonează activitățile de construcție civile, structurale, arhitecturale, MEP și de sisteme în toate zonele și pachetele de lucru.
  • Asigură că activitățile de construcție sunt aliniate cu etapele importante ale proiectului, obiectivele de siguranță și standardele de calitate.
  • Revizuiește și aprobă calendarele de construcție, planurile de alocare a resurselor și metodologiile.

Leadership Și Managementul Echipei

  • Conduce și gestionează o echipă multidisciplinară de manageri de construcții, ingineri de șantier, supraveghetori și subcontractori.
  • Promovează o cultură a performanței, a responsabilității și a îmbunătățirii continue.
  • Identifică nevoile de formare și dezvoltare și îndrumă personalul superior de construcții.

Controlul Proiectului Și Raportare

  • Colaborează strâns cu echipele de planificare, control al costurilor și control al documentelor pentru a monitoriza progresul construcției.
  • Revizuiește și validează rapoartele de progres, KPI-urile și planurile de recuperare acolo unde este necesar.
  • Asigură o raportare exactă conducerii proiectului și părților interesate.

Interfață Și Coordonare

  • Se coordonează cu departamentele de Inginerie, Achiziții, Calitate, HSE și Comerciale pentru a elimina obstacolele din calea execuției.
  • Gestionează interfețele legate de construcție cu modificările de proiectare, permise, utilități și cerințele clientului/autorității.
  • Asigură alinierea între cerințele de construcție și cele de predare a punerii în funcțiune.

Sănătate, Siguranță Și Calitate

  • Aplică respectarea standardelor de sănătate, siguranță, mediu și calitate.
  • Conduce inspecții regulate ale șantierului, discuții despre unelte și întâlniri de siguranță.
  • Asigură implementarea acțiunilor corective de neconformitate și a bunelor practici.

Contract Și Supravegherea Subcontractorilor

  • Supraveghează subcontractorii de construcții, asigurând respectarea domeniului de aplicare, a calității și a calendarului.
  • Participă la evaluarea, integrarea și revizuirea performanței subcontractorilor.
  • Sprijină reclamațiile și variațiile legate de întârzierile sau modificările construcției.
