In this key role, youand#39;ll translate customer requirements, drawings, and technical specifications into accurate and competitive cost estimates for forward-thinking HVAC and BMS projects. With your strong attention to detail, youand#39;ll ensure every assumption, exclusion, and deviation is clearly defined, setting our proposals up for success. • Translate customer requirements into accurate and cost-effective HVAC/BMS estimates
• Create clear documentation of assumptions, exclusions, and deviations for proposals
• Support Sales with site surveys, technical assessments, and proposal development
• Collaborate with Sourcing to obtain quotes and select optimal subcontractors/vendors
• Ensure timely and high-quality handover of documentation after project award
• Participate in continuous improvement of estimation tools and standards

• Bachelorandrsquo;s degree, preferably in Engineering
• +3 years of experience inandnbsp;BMS estimation
• Solid knowledge of HVAC/BMS systems and products
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD; experience with drawing and submittal tools
• Strong English communication skills (mid/high level), Romanian native speaker
• Solution-oriented, technically minded, and able to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
