is looking for a
Senior Process Engineer
to take technical ownership of our battery module assembly processes.

Are you passionate about process optimization and technical excellence? Do you have hands-on experience with
resistive, ultrasonic (plastic/metal), laser welding
, and
soldering
? If yes, we'd love to meet you

What you'll do:

  • Own and optimize key manufacturing processes to improve performance, availability, and scrap rate.
  • Validate equipment and processes according to internal and customer standards.
  • Analyze failures and support maintenance with corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and train production teams.
  • Define equipment specs and support new product/process implementation.

What we're looking for:

  • University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in welding and soldering processes (manual & automated).
  • Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, and MSA.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Analytical mindset, initiative, and autonomy.
