Why are we hiring a Software Tester? As we continue to grow, we need a Software Tester to help support us. The Test Engineer will focus on developing and implementing effective testing strategies. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability and performance of our products.

What are you responsible for?


• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases. 

• Perform both manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and compliance with requirements. 

• Identify, document, and track defects and issues. 

• Collaborate with scrum teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on product development. 

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress or similar). 

• Self-manage workload, ensuring the scrum team is kept informed on progress or blockers. 

• Adherence to the Company's Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently. 

Skills, Knowledge, Experience: 


•Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role. 

•Preferably Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 

•Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes. 

•Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. 

•Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, Python) is a plus. 

•Familiarity with non-functional testing e.g. performance and security is a plus. 

•Preferably ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent.
