You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to grow your skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.You enjoy solving problems and spotting trends in data.You're comfortable working with tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI.You communicate clearly and can explain data in simple terms.You're organized, self-motivated, and excited to learn from others.Day-to-day, you will:   As a Data Analyst in our Customer Experience team, you'll play a key role in supporting data-driven decisions that improve how we serve our customers.Analyze CX data trends (renewals, support volumes, NPS, retention) to uncover actionable insights.Build and maintain dashboards and reports with >98% on-time delivery and >99% data accuracy.Respond to ad-hoc data requests within 48 hours, supporting internal stakeholders with clear analysis.Collaborate on monthly updates and optimization projects, contributing to at least 2 process improvements per quarter.Your skills and experiences might also include: We're looking for someone with foundational data skills and a strong desire to grow. You don't need to know everything—just be ready to learn and contribute.1–2 years in a data analysis or reporting role, with experience creating visualizations for business use.Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), basic SQL (SELECT, JOINs), and Power BI (DAX fundamentals).Familiar with CX metrics like NPS, CSAT, and retention, and committed to data accuracy.Bonus: Experience with Genie Rooms, Python/R, CX platforms (Zendesk, Intercom), or workflow automation tools.What are we all about? The Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers.
