Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson, located in the Iasi Metropolitan Area. The role involves engaging with customers to provide personalized shopping experiences, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products. Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized and attractive sales floor, managing inventory, and assisting with sales performance reporting. The Salesperson will also support the team in meeting sales targets and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Sales and Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with and understand customer needs effectively.
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and collaborate with team members.
• Organizational and Inventory Management skills to ensure a well-maintained sales floor and up-to-date stock levels.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn about the brand and its product offerings.
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
• A passion for fashion and footwear is a plus.
