Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Backoffice position, located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Backoffice role involves supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing communication with clients, coordinating customer service, maintaining sales records, and prospecting and qualifying customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Open to calls and customer service
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools
  • Previous experience in the transport and logistics industry is an advantage
  • English speaking fluency is preferred
