Description
We are looking for a Low Code Apps Tester who can join our team, tightly integrated with the Customer and empowered for business and technical decisions. The main task will be working on a vendor-agnostic network infrastructure monitoring platform that provides real-time visibility into network infrastructure equipment performance. It monitors the equipment installed in data centers, stadiums, factories, supermarkets, warehouses etc.

Requirements
As a Low Code Apps Tester, you will need to support the development and deployment of service applications used during on-site customer interventions. These applications are built using low code platforms and are critical for capturing and analyzing data to optimize infrastructure systems. The tester will work closely with architects, subject matter experts, product owners, and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of these applications across Android, iOS, and PWA platforms.

This role is part of the Global Services Platform organization and reports directly to the Global Services Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing web and mobile applications, a strong understanding of low code platforms, and a background in service tools used in industries such as utilities, telecom, banking, or retail.

Core Responsabilities:

Collaborate with architects, business experts, and product owners to design and implement use cases based on the FDD (Functional Design

Document) and TDD (Technical Design Document)

Estimate effort required for designing and testing functionalities.

Support automation of test cases.

Review and analyze system specifications.

Execute test scripts and evaluate results.

Document and report technical issues and bugs.

Investigate reported issues, reproduce them, and suggest solutions.

Create detailed test reports and application documentation.

Assist stakeholders during the testing process.

Additional Responsibilities:

Define and implement best practices to optimize development and testing efforts.

Interactions:

Collaborate with R&D teams, IT, Academy organization, data analysts, and SMEs across various technologies.

Engage with product owners focused on knowledge and data acquisition.

Job responsibilities

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant technical studies

At least 2 years of testing experience on web applications and/or mobile applications

Beginner/Intermediate level certification in a low code platform is preferred, but not mandatory

Proven experience in a similar role and QA methodology

Knowledge of SQL, relational databases knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory

Good understanding of the SW development and testing lifecycle, Agile methodology and familiar with test management, project management and tracking tools like Rally or Jira

Attention to details, analytical mind and problem-solving aptitudes

Strong organizational, communication skills and capabilities to establish relationships with internal customer at top level

Fluent English speaker. Other languages as Italian, Spanish, French or German are a plus, but not mandatory.
