*Ce vei face în echipa noastră:

  • Construiesti forecast de achizitie in baza instoricului de vanzare si a informatiilor transmise de departamentele Achizitii, Marketing si Financiar;
  • Efectuezi comenzi de marfa catre furnizori tinand cont de specificul produselor, sezonalitate si activitatile cu caracter promotional;
  • Mentii relatia cu furnizorii si efectuezi schimbului de informatii;
  • Mentii un echilibru intre rata de detentie (cat mai mare posibila) si nivelul de stoc (cat mai optim posibil);
  • Verifici periodic articolele cu termen de valabilitate scurt si ia masuri in vederea diminuarii pierderilor;
  • Gestionezi fluxul de marfa optim pentru aprovizionare, chestionand periodic cel mai bun mod de livrare in functie de rulaj si sezonalitate si propune schimbari;
  • Verifici acuratetea datelor logistice in sistemul informatic si te asiguri de corectarea acestora;
  • Gestionezi programul de comanda/livrare si a datelor logisitice necesare emiterii comenzilor;
  • Evaluezi periodic performantele furnizorilor;
  • Cooperezi constant cu departamentele transversale.

C e te face potrivit/ă:

  • Ai experienta pe un post similar/Aprovizionare de minim 1 an;
  • Detii bune cunostinte de operare calculator (Microsoft Office Excel);
  • Detii studii superioare;
  • Ai bune abilitati de comunicare si colaborare;
  • Detii spirit de echipa.
