The Senior Project Manager is part of the IT Project Delivery department which, as a supplier, deals with the analysis, budgeting, documentation, design, construction of the technical solution, development and implementation of the Information Technology projects from the Vodafone Romania Technologies portfolio, from their contracting until their official closure.

The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of IT projects of medium and high complexity that involve the programming and configuration of existing/new major IT systems from the company's portfolio and the company's clients, with all the hardware and software architecture components they involve, which are assigned to him/her, ensuring that the purpose and objectives specified for the respective projects are achieved according to the agreed budget, priorities, time constraints and quality criteria.

What You'll Do

• All aspects of Project Management (including scope definition, detailed project planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, budget management, building and managing international matrix) of one or more projects deployments
• Ensure adherence to the governance process
• Able to demonstrate best practice in all aspects of project management
• Accurate progress reporting and risk/issue management with timely and effective escalation
• Build and maintain Project Delivery specific KPIs for tracking against target
• Engagement and management of numerous external third parties

Who You Are

• Excellent Project Management skills (methodologies and tools) proven by track record of at least 7 years in a Technology environment
• Ability to communicate on all aspects of project delivery & detail at a senior level
• Strong leader, able to chair and manage meetings. Excellent ability to influence and motivate teams
• Prioritization skills. Results focused and driven
• Extensive experience of project management in international matrix environments
