Content Moderator – Glasgow, Scotland - Fulltime

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic who thrives in both independent and team-oriented environments. This role involves content moderation and customer service responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

• Review content and resolve issues based on prescribed guidelines.

• Identify trends and patterns, raising concerns promptly.

• Offer insights to improve user support.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of processes and policies.

• Deliver excellent customer service to our clients.

• Be prepared to work a 24/7 schedule, including alternating shifts, and review sensitive online content such as graphic violence, self-harm, child abuse, and hate speech.

Qualifications We Seek in You:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate degree (postgraduate is an added advantage).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Fluency in reading and writing in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong probing and analytical skills.

• Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.

• Flexibility to work on weekends and rotational shifts.
