We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated
Senior Structural Design Engineer
to join our engineering team Cluj-Napoca Metro Construction Project.

Your Profile:

  • Perform all necessary topographic works during the
    design and implementation
    phases of the project.
  • Conduct
    staking out, leveling, and as-built surveys
    with accuracy and in accordance with project timelines.
  • Prepare
    elevation and layout plans
    and apply them to the construction site.
  • Supervise and coordinate
    subcontractor survey teams
    , ensuring accurate delivery of coordinates and elevations.
  • Prepare
    route and cross-section surveys
    for design requirements.
  • Ensure
    calibration and reliability
    of measurement instruments.
  • Use relevant surveying and modeling software efficiently.
  • Supervise subordinates, managing data collection and delivery for field production.
  • Verify topographical accuracy of design drawings and reports.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and
    GÜLERMAK procedures
    .

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Advanced
    technical knowledge
    in surveying and topographic engineering.
  • Proficient in
    AutoCAD Civil3D, Leica Infinity, Agisoft, and MS Office
    .
  • Capable of
    3D model editing
    and data archiving.
  • Analytical thinking, initiative, and a
    result-oriented mindset
    .
  • Influential,
    motivating leadership style
    , and a role model for junior staff.
  • Good
    English communication skills
    , both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and awareness of the
    critical precision
    required in topographic work.
