What you can expect

The OBU Management team is expanding its team

Main responsibilities:

• Administrative activities related to: orders, exchange, blocking, and return of toll devices
• Collaboration with departments within DKV and other external organizations (communication will generally be in English)
• Prioritizing and processing daily tasks according to established SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

What makes you stand out

• 3-5 years experience
• Secondary education, higher education is an advantage
• Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory
• Intermediate knowledge of German is a plus
• Good skills in working with MsOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solution-oriented and customer-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good teamwork skills
