Production Planner
Are you a problem-solver with a passion for structure, efficiency, and teamwork?
We're looking for a Production Planner who will play a key role in coordinating production schedules, optimizing workflows, and ensuring our operations run smoothly.
What You Bring to the Team:
As our new Production Planner, you'll be a key part of the Planning Team in the Supply Chain department. You'll work at the heart of our production operations — managing schedules, controlling capacity, and aligning with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Quality, and Technical. Furthermore, we hope that you can see yourself in the following:
- Effective time management skills and a problem-solving mindset
- Team-oriented and great at cross-functional collaboration
- Motivation to contribute to a smooth and efficient production process
Are you additionally able to read and understand technical documentation it is a plus. However, finding the right personality fit is the priority.
What you'll be doing:
As with any role it is diverse, but the main tasks will be:
- Plan and release daily production and material schedules
- Maintain and adjust the Master Production Schedule
- Track and update delivery KPIs, participate in daily meetings
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Quality, Technical)
- Actively contributes to process improvements and delivery performance
- Proactive, detail-oriented and a strong communicator
