Our engineers design, develop and integrate solutions that impact global industries – from fully operational systems and subsystems for naval warfare and maritime security operations, to air traffic management systems, satellite-based solutions, tactical indoor simulations, identity and biometric technologies and more.

Role: Scrum Master

The DATX Platform enables Thales users to efficiently monitor and manage the chemical products used across Thales sites worldwide.

We are looking for a Scrum Master to take ownership of the platform's delivery and continuous improvement. In this role, you will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure alignment between the technical team and stakeholders to maximize the platform's value and performance.

This mission involves close collaboration with the Chief Product Owner (CPO), other Tribe Product Owners (POs), Engineering Delivery Managers (EDMs), and Tribe Coaches, fostering an agile culture and supporting the overall success of the DATX initiative.

Mission:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) to guide the team toward timely, high-quality deliveries.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team collaboration and process efficiency, removing impediments and nurturing a positive, sustainable work environment.
  • Support the PO in aligning delivery processes with stakeholder and user needs, ensuring feedback loops are short and meaningful.
  • Champion agile values and help the team adapt to changing context.
  • Champion team well-being by promoting a healthy work-life balance, encouraging open communication and transparency, and supporting diversity and inclusion in all team interactions
