Requirements

Core Programming & Tools

Python (essential for ML, data pipelines, and integration)

Pandas, NumPy (data manipulation)

Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow (ML modeling)

LangChain or LLM orchestration frameworks (for building LLM-based systems)

Docker & Git (for reproducibility and version control)

Experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embedding techniques

Familiarity with OpenAI API, Anthropic, Mistral, or other LLM providers

Other Key Skills

Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Experience with API integration and microservices

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

Strong communication skills to collaborate with developers and domain experts

Job responsibilities

• Develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLM-powered training scenarios into the digital twin platform
• Design and maintain data pipelines for collecting and preprocessing user interaction data
• Build systems to evaluate scenario quality, learner engagement, and performance outcomes
• Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of AI components
• Continuously experiment with prompt design, embeddings, and scenario generation techniques
• Analyze user data to improve scenario recommendations and adapt content dynamically
• Ensure model interpretability and traceability for educational use cases
• Stay current on the latest in AI, LLMs, and simulation technologies
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Computational Linguistics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in machine learning or NLP roles
• Proven track record of working with LLMs or educational AI applications
