Main Purpose:

The Treasury Director is in charge of managing the organization and activities on all treasury topics.

Main Responsibilities:

People Leadership & Team Development

• Provide leadership, supervision, and day-to-day management for the Treasury team within the Shared Services structure (or relevant department).
• Ensure optimal allocation of workload across treasury staff to maintain efficiency and service delivery.
• Monitor and guide team members to ensure treasury processes and controls are clearly understood and consistently applied.
• Foster professional development through ongoing feedback, coaching, and targeted training to strengthen individual and team capabilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Finance Managers, Accounting, Tax, and Legal to align cash management strategies with business needs.
• Act as a key point of contact with internal stakeholders (e.g., regional finance teams, controllers) to address treasury-related inquiries, optimize liquidity, and improve intercompany funding processes.
• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to maintain positive working relationships and ensure effective banking operations.

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Design and implement centralized treasury processes to enhance cash visibility, improve forecasting accuracy, and support working capital optimization.
• Evaluate and execute opportunities to expand Treasury services across regional subsidiaries or newly integrated entities.
• Drive the implementation of treasury systems and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and risk management.
• Ensure timely integration of new entities' treasury operations into the centralized framework, maintaining compliance and best practices.
