Operational Buyer (m/w/d)

Pensum: 80–100%

Deine Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die operative Beschaffung als Hauptansprechpartner*in für deine Warengruppe
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Warengruppenstrategien und Sourcing-Prozessen
  • Durchführung interner Bedarfs- und Beschaffungsmarktanalysen
  • Mitarbeit im Lieferantenmanagement und in der Lieferantenentwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Pflege von Beschaffungssystemen und -daten für Warengruppen
  • Abwicklung von Bestellungen und Zahlungen sowie Sicherstellung von Compliance und Prozessoptimierung
Was du mitbringst & wer du bist
  • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in Procurement, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der operativen Beschaffung oder im Einkauf
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und hohe Detailorientierung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Beschaffungssystemen (z. B. SAP, Oracle) und MS Office
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen im Procurement (z. B. CIPS Level 2/3) sowie Erfahrung mit digitalen Beschaffungstools
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
