Webshop Merchandising

Do you enjoy improving user experience, fixing webshop issues, and making sure everything looks just right? Mömax Romania is looking for a
Webshop Optimization & Merchandising Specialist
to help us deliver the best possible online shopping experience.

In this role, you'll work closely with our
marketing team
and international colleagues to ensure that our webshop is visually appealing, technically correct, and aligned with the Mömax brand.

Your responsibilities:

• Optimizing the
  structure, layout, and filters
  of the webshop for a smooth customer journey
• Creating and updating
  landing pages
  ,
  category overviews
  , and visual elements within the webshop
• Supporting
  on-page SEO
  activities (metadata, internal linking, keyword logic)
• Identifying and fixing
  errors or inconsistencies
  (broken pages, missing visuals, incorrect links)
• Collaborating with international teams to implement group-wide content and layout updates
• Taking part in the
  continuous improvement
  of webshop functionality and performance

What we expect:

• Experience in e-commerce, webshop merchandising, or online retail operations
• A strong sense for layout, structure, and visual logic
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic SEO principles
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Good English (spoken and written); German is a plus
