Nestlé Health Science cauta o colega / un coleg pentru pozitia de Scientific Medical Manager (RO & BG). Aceasta persoana va furniza informatii corecte si bazate pe argumente stiintifice specialistilor din domeniul sanatatii cu privire la produsele din portofoliul NHS, respectand instructiunile si politicile Nestlé, Codul de Marketing si legislatia in vigoare. De asemenea, va oferi suport echipei de Marketing cu informatii si argumente stiintifice referitoare la beneficiile nutritionale ale produselor si va organiza training-uri medicale pentru echipa field NHS.

O zi obisnuita ar decurge astfel:

  • Contribui la research-ul medical pentru nevoile specifice HCPs (analize studii medicale, cazuri clinice, meta-analize) in vederea oferirii raspunsurilor sau argumentelor necesare pentru consolidarea cresterii increderii in randul colaboratorilor.
  • Esti sursa de informatii cu privire la produsele NHS, respectand Codul de Marketing adopatat de OMS si legislatia locala in vigoare.
  • Cladesti si consolidezi relatii cu KOLs si asociatii medicale profesionale.
  • Furnizezi echipei NHS, training pe nutritie si pe produse, in conformitate cu standardele nutritionale si conform legislatiei in vigoare si Codului International de Marketing.
  • Organizezi si participi activ la intalnirile / evenimentele medicale / paramedicale.
  • Ai rol de speaker in cadrul conferintelor medicale.
  • Furnizezi echipei NHS argumente pentru dezvoltarea / adaptarea materialelor utilizate in comunicarea cu consumatorul si cu medicii.
  • Participi la producerea / controlul materialelor de comunicare si etichetelor.
  • Esti sursa de informatii referitoare la datele de marketing in teritoriu, inclusiv activitatile concurentei.
  • Identifici si rezolvi obiectiile referitoare la produsele promovate, ale specialistilor din domeniul sanatatii din zona alocata, conform procedurilor.

Cum poti avea succes?

  • Licenta in medicina sau farmacie
  • Experienta practica de minim 5 ani / lucru cu KOLs sau echivalent
  • Permis de conducere
  • Disponibilitate de a calatori si de a performa si livra rezultate la termen, cu deadline-uri stranse
  • Engleza – fluent
  • Abilitati de lucru in echipa 
  • Capacitatea de a recomanda solutii
  • Abilitatea de a prioritizare
