Please note that this is a temporary contract for 6 months.

What you'll do? As a key team player, your responsibilities include:
- Forge Collaborative Relationships: Build robust connections with key stakeholders and hiring managers, elevating the visibility of our Recruitment Team through proactive engagement.
- Strategic Direction: Craft and implement strategic recruitment directions alongside our team, shaping the future of talent acquisition at Vertiv.
- Innovative Solutions: Develop and deliver cutting-edge presentations, offering insight into market trends, specialist recruitment strategies, and forecasting.
- Streamlined Recruitment: Collaborate with hiring managers to craft detailed recruitment plans, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline for each vacancy.
- Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and market information to hiring managers, empowering them with actionable insights.
- Creative Sourcing: Implement creative solutions to source top-tier candidates, fostering relationships with recruitment suppliers and driving candidate generation.
- Exceptional Support: Offer candidates and managers comprehensive CV and interview feedback, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to project work, refining recruitment processes, and delivering impactful training sessions within the team.

- Recruitment Expertise: Proven success in fast paced recruiting delivery and execution with end to end TA lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively Partner with Business executive and HR Leadership, showcasing a positive, decisive, and forward-thinking approach.
- Strategic Insight: Strong reasoning, reporting, and organizational skills, complemented by excellent presentation abilities.
- Industry Acumen: Sound understanding of similar market sectors, competitors, and adept problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Business Acumen: Experience with Data Center, Manufacturing IT, Engineering, Manufacturing - Operations, Services and Sales functions will be beneficial
- Resilience and Drive: A resilient, flexible attitude coupled with an achievement orientation, driving activities to successful conclusions.
- Recruitment Tools and Platforms - Experience with varied ATS, CRM tools and AI Powered tools.
- Availability to work on B2B contract.
Preferred Experience:
- On-Site Proficiency: Experience in on-site environments or familiarity with on-site interview demands.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience managing complex accounts and client situations, including competency-based interviewing.
