IT Security & System Administrator

We are looking for a skilled IT Security & System Administrator to ensure the secure, stable, and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, ERP environment, networks, and industrial applications supporting production processes. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced in complex industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP & Database Administration

  2. Administer and maintain SAP Business One.

  3. Manage SAP SQL Server databases: backups, restores, performance tuning.
  4. Provide user support for ERP workflows and integrations.

  5. Administer Produmex PDC (SAP add-on) for production data entry.

  6. Server & Infrastructure Management

  7. Administer Windows Server and Unix environments.

  8. Configure and maintain AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO services.
  9. Apply and monitor security and stability updates.

  10. Monitor server performance and handle critical incidents.

  11. IT Security & Networking

  12. Configure, maintain, and monitor firewalls.

  13. Administer LAN networks (DIGI): segmentation, VLANs, switches, IP management.
  14. Implement IT security policies and prevent cyber incidents.

  15. Monitor network traffic, logs, and detect anomalies.

  16. Office 365 & User Management:

  17. Administer Office 365 licenses, accounts, and security policies (MFA, access, groups).

  18. Offer user support and troubleshooting.

  19. IT Coordination & Continuous Improvement:

  20. Plan, prioritize, and coordinate IT tasks and projects.

  21. Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and production incidents.
  22. Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management teams.
  23. Coordinate external suppliers and manage SLA compliance.
  24. Identify opportunities for IT optimization, automation, and digital transformation.

Requirements:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration.
  • Experience in industrial environments is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong ERP knowledge (SAP preferred).
  • Windows Server & Unix administration.
  • Experience with Fortinet firewalls.
  • Solid understanding of SQL databases.
  • LAN network administration experience.
  • Familiarity with industrial software connected to production equipment.
  • Office 365 administration (licenses, security, policies).

Soft Skills

  • Ability to prioritize under high pressure.
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions.

  • Ensure continuous performance and availability of IT systems.
  • Reduce production downtime.
  • Maintain a secure, stable, and efficient IT infrastructure.
  • Support digitalization and automation initiatives across the company.
