Communications Technician

• Verification and commissioning of equipment.

• Communicate with the customer after each phase to monitor progress.

• Comply with the work schedule based on the schedule received from the customer.

• Report activities/problems according to project requirements (by phone, email, and specific tools).

• Acceptance of work with the customer by signing the minutes and uploading them in electronic format to the customer's server using specific tools.

• Provide technical and logistical support to other teams if necessary.

• Comply with the SLA/KPI conditions in the projects in which you are involved.

• Check and validate work/material estimates with subcontractors and beneficiary representatives.

• Plan and monitor the implementation of preventive maintenance.

• Preparing documents for the client to justify work completed outside the conditions described in the SLA.

• Validating work reports with the beneficiary, closing technical acceptances

• Making and providing records of the consumption of parts and materials used in order to ensure safety stock

• Performing corrective and preventive maintenance work on sites maintained by the employer for switching equipment, data communications, transmissions, radio,

• Performing measurements, repairs, and replacements of fiber optic circuits and associated equipment.

• Performing interventions with mobile or towable generators.

• Performing night-time interventions with prior preparation in compliance with the Health and Safety conditions in accordance with the legislation in force, ensuring that the actions are carried out in safe conditions.
