How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Manage and supervise the assigned Customer Service team to ensure the highest level of efficiency, customer/patient satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. To ensure work quality and effective calls handling practices, the supervisor regularly conducts audits to ensure quality, compliance and the consistent application of Service Center policies and procedures.Main Accountabilities
1. Troubleshoot problems & find solutions for customers.
2. Develop a deep understanding of company's products/services to accurately address customer questions & educate about offerings.
3. Escalate complex issues to higher levels of authority within the customer service team or relevant departments.
4. Coordinate & cross collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
5. Maintain a positive & customer focused attitude.
6. Gather customer feedback, suggestions & complaints to contribute to process improvement & product development.

- Perform work under direct frequent supervision.
- Handle basic issues and problems, and refer more complex issues to higher-level employees.

2. 0-2 years experience in Customer Service Management
