Job role
The Junior IT Controller plays a vital role in providing technical support under the supervision of the IT Lead and/or Project Lead. This position involves analyzing processes, supporting stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the development of technical requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent communication abilities to ensure the effective operation and enhancement of IT tools and processes.
What You Will Do
- Examine existing processes, activities, and tasks, organizing them into specific areas of responsibility to facilitate process optimization and standardization, particularly for Service
- Desk topics
- Assist in maintaining relationships with stakeholders, identifying their requirements and translating them into technical inputs for the development team
- Aid the IT Lead in creating and maintaining all functional and technical system documentation, along with policies related to relevant tools and processes
- Contribute to the formulation of functional and technical requirements based on the needs of Finance, Controlling, and Business Teams
- Provide assistance when tools and processes do not function as intended, ensuring adherence to established procedures
- Ensure relevant desktop procedures for the Service Desk are current
- Utilize Service Now and other company-specific tools, supporting technical/IT escalations alongside dedicated teams
- Facilitate Service Now training for tool users and manage access rights and roles for the Finance Ticket Center Tool
- Organize and manage meetings, including documenting minutes
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Project Management, Finance, Controlling, or Consulting
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and Service Now
- Experience in transition processes is advantageous

- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Possesses a strong analytical and structured approach to complex tasks

- A background in Finance and Controlling is beneficial
