SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) powers mission-critical operations for businesses worldwide. The Cloud Automation and Innovation team within ECS drives architectural excellence and automation across SAP's cloud landscape. As a
Cloud Automation & Innovation SME
in Bucharest, you'll lead strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery for SAP's largest cloud customers.

Bring it
You're a seasoned expert with a passion for secure, scalable infrastructure and automation. You bring:

• 12+ years of experience in Linux OS/infrastructure across platforms
• Advanced knowledge of Pacemaker, encryption standards, and vulnerability management
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, and scripting (Shell, Python, Go)
• Familiarity with hyperscaler networks (VPN, VPC, NAT gateways, security groups)
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, mentoring mindset

Build it
You'll optimize cloud operations and drive innovation across SAP's ECS portfolio. Your work will:

• Design and implement secure, automated cloud architectures
• Lead lifecycle procedures and proactive support activities
• Develop solutions for complex infrastructure challenges
• Collaborate across global teams to align with business goals
• Mentor team members and scale delivery excellence
