We're hiring: Mid-Level C++ Engineer (Mobile SDK, Computer Vision)

Remote | Full-time | Permanent contract

Our client is transforming shelf management for small-format retailers using AI and computer vision. Their mobile solution empowers store teams to scan shelves, detect stock-outs, and improve shelf compliance—all processed directly on-device without reliance on the cloud.

They're looking for a C++ Engineer
to help develop a high-performance mobile SDK that enables real-time shelf analysis using video input. You'll work with a team of experienced engineers and researchers, building reliable, efficient C++ code that integrates with mobile platforms.

What you'll do:

  • Design, develop, and optimize C++ code for mobile SDKs
  • Focus on multithreading, memory management, and performance tuning
  • Build and maintain interfaces between C++ and mobile platforms (Flutter, Java, Swift)
  • Develop robust testing frameworks including unit and benchmark tests
  • Collaborate with team members on integrating ML and computer vision features

What you bring:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on C++ experience (modern standards, performance focus)
  • Strong understanding of multithreading and system-level programming
  • Familiarity with mobile development environments (Android NDK, iOS/Swift)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Bonus: experience with Python, computer vision, mobile SDKs, or MLOps
