As part of this project, your role as HRO Team Leader will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

- Overall delivery and accountability of service center delivery
- Is well versed with in-scope processes/ activities.
- Monitors processes/ team performance
- Enables team to resolve issues/ bottlenecks & provide consistent delivery
- Maintains client relationship
- Drives overall staffing and recruitment planning
- Escalation management
- Enforces quality standards
- Conducting process optimization/ improvement drives.
- Ensures support from relevant teams to run projects/ process transformation objectives
Candidate' profile:
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
- 6-8 years of experience in HRO processes
- People & Performance Management
- Quality management
- Teamwork and engagement skills
- Coaching and Feedback delivery
