About the role

Are you at the beginning of your career and passionate about maritime innovation? We're looking for a Junior Technical Consultant to join our team in Galati, Romania. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience who are eager to grow in a technical role within the maritime industry.

In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing EC models and technical documentation for approval by classification societies, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to support smooth project execution and uphold our commitment to excellence. Collaboration is key—you'll be part of a supportive team environment that includes sales and development colleagues, where knowledge-sharing and teamwork are central to success.

To help you settle in, you'll be paired with an onboarding buddy who will guide you through our practices and introduce you to the NAPA Way of working.

This is a full-time, one-year fixed-term position, based on-site.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Naval Architecture
• Understanding of naval architecture and marine engineering principles
• Ability to prepare detailed and accurate technical documents and reports.
• Attention to detail for precise model configuration and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using MS Office
