Job Description

The intern in Accounting will be able to perform a part of the General Accounting activities, including but not restricted to :

  • Accounts Payable postings (invoices, payments, master data) and reconciliations
  • Accounts Receivable activities (invoicing, bank posting and reconciliations)
  • Accounting documents handling, filing, dispatching as applicable
  • Expenses reports management
  • FA activities (management of FA, depreciation, retirement of FA, etc)
  • Posting Journal Entries
  • Monthly and quarterly reconciliations
  • Chart of accounts maintenance
  • Business correspondence on Accounting activities

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English - C1
  • Good knowledge of Excel - nice to have
  • Bachelor's in Accounting / Economics in progress - nice to have
