We're expanding our Consulting Team and are looking for 2–3 motivated junior colleagues eager to develop their careers in automotive consulting.

Depending on your background and interests, you'll have the opportunity to specialize in Quality (ASPICE), Project Management, or Cybersecurity.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with international clients, gain exposure to automotive standards and processes, and grow your technical and organizational skills in a structured and supportive environment.


What You'll Do

  • Support ongoing consulting projects with automotive clients in areas such as Quality, ASPICE compliance, Project Management, or Cybersecurity.
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings, documenting requirements and following up on action items.
  • Contribute to process assessments, gap analyses, and improvement recommendations.
  • Assist senior consultants in preparing documentation, reports, and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively in German and English with international teams.
  • Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of automotive standards, methods, and tools.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Some experience (internship or entry-level role) in Quality, Project Management, or Cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of automotive industry processes or standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • German language skills (min. B2 level) – mandatory.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international environment.


Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Agile, V-model).
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Interest in software development, systems engineering, or automotive technologies.
