Controlor Financiar

We are seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. As a Financial Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our company's financial activities and ensuring financial health and stability.

The role involves, in addition to financial analysis and accounting verification, specific tasks of internal audit duties.

Controlling:

Contributes to the preparation of internal financial reports to support management decisions.

Verifies compliance with the budget and analyzes deviations.

Supports the budget planning process with timely information and analysis.

Accounting:

Apply knowledge of financial accounting and management in the analysis of documents and processes.

Ensures compliance with the accounting and tax regulations in force;

Supports in the monthly/quarterly/annual closure of the financial year.

Collaborates with the financial-accounting department to clarify and correct any inconsistencies.

Internal audit:

Collects, analyzes, and documents relevant information and data within audit engagements.

Evaluates internal processes, identifies risks and non-conformities, proposes solutions to improve internal control.

Formulates clear findings, conclusions, and recommendations in audit reports.

Participates in the elaboration and implementation of the annual audit plan, as well as in ad-hoc missions.

Monitors the implementation of the corrective measures established following the audit missions.

Ensures the efficient communication of audit results to the company's management.

- Long-term higher education or bachelor's degree, graduated with a bachelor's degree in the field of economics.

- Training courses and specializations in the field of internal audit, internal control, and risk management.

- Relevant experience in the field for which they are recruiting.

- Strong IFRS understanding and practical knowledge.

- Experience in the group MEC&YEC (month-end and year-end close) reporting processes.

- Is an active member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR) and meets professional internal audit standards

- Excellent ability to manage time, processes, projects and priorities.

- Superior communication skills.

- Languages Romanian (native) English (medium)

- Analytical and synthetic spirit, attention to detail, dynamism, emotional and decision-making balance, constant attitudes and principled person.

- Full capacity to exercise, decision-making capacity, and assumption of responsibilities and challenges.

- Speed of reaction and consistency in pursuing objectives and priorities.

The selection process consists of the following stages:

Stage I – knowledge interview.

Stage II – written test – testing of knowledge.

Stage III - final interview
