We are looking for a new Claims Adjuster to join our international team, to coordinate the claims handling process with our Romanian customers.

What will be your role:
  • Communication with customers, who hold our insurance and need to report or resolve vehicle damage (80% telephone contact).
  • Guiding clients through the full claims settlement process - from claim reporting, registration in the internal system, explaining individual steps, and compiling required documents for claims adjusters.
  • Online administration and archiving of documentation.
  • Damage assessment, handling of the settlement process, closing of the case.
  • Verification of estimates and invoices
