Analist Financiar
, care să se alăture echipei noastre pentru a sprijini analiza bugetelor, monitorizarea costurilor și optimizarea resurselor financiare în proiectele noastre din zona de instalare a sistemelor fotovoltaice.

Responsabilități principale:

  • Elaborare și monitorizare bugete pentru proiecte (rezidențiale & non-rezidențiale);
  • Urmărire costuri directe/indirecte și analiză a abaterilor față de buget;
  • Pregătire rapoarte financiare și consolidarea acestora în rapoartele operaționale și de management;
  • Verificarea corelațiilor între contabilitate, gestiune și sistemele interne;
  • Reconciliere date contabile vs. realitate proiecte;
  • Înregistrare accruals lunar pentru producția în curs;
  • Suport la închiderea lunară alături de echipa contabilă.
  • Verificare achiziții vs. bugete aprobate;
  • Identificare discrepanțe între stocuri fizice și evidențe contabile.
  • Suport în ofertare și estimări financiare pentru proiecte noi;
  • Identificare riscuri financiare și propunere soluții de optimizare.

Cerințe:

  • Studii superioare economice (Finanțe / Contabilitate / Economie);
  • Experiență relevantă de min. 3 ani într-un rol similar (preferabil în construcții/energie/proiecte tehnice);
  • Cunoștințe solide de bugetare, analiză financiară și control de costuri;
  • Experiență în lucrul cu ERP-uri și Excel avansat (cunoștințe SAGA – avantaj);
  • Atenție la detalii, bune abilități analitice și capacitate de lucru cu termene limită;
  • Abilități bune de comunicare și colaborare interdepartamentală.
