About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary
Senior AI Character & Video Creator
to join our pioneering team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the next generation of hyper-realistic AI characters through the power of
ComfyUI
and
LoRA workflows
.

You will play a central role in crafting characters and developing visual storytelling experiences that span a wide range of audiences and use cases. Your expertise will be key in pushing the boundaries of emotional realism, aesthetic quality, and creative expression in AI-generated content.

Responsibilities

  • Build, optimize and maintain advanced
    ComfyUI
    workflows for image and video

generation.

  • Design and refine visually impressive and emotionally resonant
    AI characters
    .
  • Lead the
    LoRA training process
    for stills and video (dataset curation, fine-tuning,

integration).

  • Generate narrative-rich
    AI videos
    that convey character depth and emotional

nuance.

  • Continuously explore emerging tools, models, and techniques in generative AI.
  • Collaborate with technical and creative stakeholders to transform abstract ideas

into visual assets.

  • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.

Tools / Software Knowledge & Competencies

  • Expertise in ComfyUI
    (portfolio required showing image & video workflows)
  • Proven LoRA training experience
    for both images and motion
  • Strong experience with
    AI video generation pipelines
  • Excellent understanding of
    lighting, anatomy, composition, and expression
  • Familiarity with tools such as
    Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, RunwayML
    , etc.
  • (Bonus)
    Python scripting
    for automation or tool creation
  • (Bonus) Experience with traditional
    2D/3D art pipelines

Education & Soft Skills

  • No formal degree required –
    skills, creativity, and results
    matter most
  • Strong artistic vision and technical curiosity
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
