Your Role:

  • Contribute to a new greenfield project for a MedTech client
  • Help define technological standards and support architecture decisions with Rust
  • Collaborate with an experienced C++/C# developer team and support their transition to Rust
  • Be part of building a Rust competence center
  • Help shape the project from the ground up

Your Profile:

  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, including 3 years using Rust
  • Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus
  • Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems
  • Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems
  • Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust
  • Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines)
  • Excellent English skills are essential, German language skills are an advantage
  • Willingness to relocate to Switzerland
  • Willingness to travel to the client site 2–3 days per week
