Compensation and Benefits Analyst

We are looking for a
Compensation and Benefits Analyst
to join our HR team. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong technical capabilities with a deep understanding of HR processes, enjoys optimizing reward processes, and is passionate about delivering insights that drive fair and competitive compensation practices.

What You'll Do

• Support the design, implementation, and communication of reward policies aligned with global and local standards.
• Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of reward processes, including annual compensation cycles and benefits reviews.
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze internal and external data to provide insights on pay positioning, market competitiveness, and reward trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and automate reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate to support HR and business decision-making.
• Support automation and system enhancements across reward-related workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to support compensation planning and reward-related initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in reward, HR analytics, or compensation & benefits.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, interactive charts) and familiarity with Power BI & Query & Automate or other automation tools.
• Solid understanding of reward principles, compensation structures, organizational design, and HR processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Romanian labor legislation and reporting requirements.
• Exposure to budgeting or workforce planning is a plus, but not the core focus.

The monthly salary range for the role is between lei lei gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
