Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Drobeta-Turnu Severin for a Human Resources Director.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Human Resources Director to lead our HR Department and support the strategic growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and selection processes, with a strong focus on engaging students and graduates from universities.

• Design and implement evaluation programs and candidate assessment methodologies.

• Develop innovative HR initiatives to attract and retain top talent.

• Strengthen employer branding and build collaborations with academic institutions.
