IRON sheep TECH is working closely with a New York-based start-up, building a sweepstakes gaming app for the global market.

We're growing fast and looking for a
Customer Support Agent
who's passionate about helping players and can provide a world-class experience to our international audience.

As a
Customer Support Agent
, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our brand. You'll assist players across multiple time zones, handle inquiries about gameplay, payments, and sweepstakes redemptions, and help ensure a seamless, trustworthy gaming experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to players via email, chat in a professional manner
  • Handle account related problems related to KYC, login and redemptions
  • Explain game mechanics and features to players ensuring a clear understanding
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with players and with providers, such as payment errors, stuck rounds or other game glitches, within set time limits
  • Ensure that interactions adhere to data protection laws and other requirements
  • Log all issues and resolutions in our Zendesk ticketing system
  • Collect feedback from players and report common problems to the product team to help improve the player experience.
  • Work closely with the engineering and product teams to resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications in English
  • Customer focus and ability to respond to different situations
  • Proven experience in a customer support role for online casino games
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to games or payments
  • Ability to manage tasks and time effectively
  • Experience with customer support ticketing systems
