What you will do:

• Plan and organize business trips, and corporate entertainment events to strengthen team cohesion and support business goals;
• Collaborate closely with managers to support and manage working groups and their administrative;
• Gather, validate, and consolidate data to prepare accurate and timely reports for internal and external;
• Provide comprehensive support to management across key business functions, including team coordination, training logistics, asset tracking, procurement, and financial monitoring and reporting;
• Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, trainings, and other events to ensure smooth and efficient administrative operations.

What you will need to suceed:

• University degree or Masters Degree - student mandatory;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Knowledge about automotive sector;
• Excel and MS office tools at an advanced level.
